Clinical Negligence firms invited to test new software

Claimant clinical negligence lawyers have been invited to attend an exclusive live demonstration of a new case management IT solution built specifically for them and their departments.

Held at the ICC Birmingham on 11 October, the event will be hosted by the Outspire Group. The company has developed a product called Clinical Connexx, which it says is an adaptable and flexible software case management system which it says will meet the needs of clinical negligence departments.

Saurav Dutt management consultant, strategy and operations at the Outspire Group, said that there were already a number of leading firms in the sector who had expressed interest in the system, which has been developed with assistance from Microsoft.

"After speaking to an extensive number of clinical negligence law firms, conducting audits and appraisals with leading clinical negligence lawyers, we realised what some of the key objectives of these firms were" says Dutt, "Winning new clients, managing appointments and ensuring operations are streamlined so that lawyers can case manage as effectively and robustly as possible without compromising quality."
