Fletchers launches new medical negligence marketing network

A new marketing network for medical negligence law firms, called the Medical Law Network, has been launched by Fletchers Solicitors.

Fletchers has said that the network, which has four firms on its panel, offers solicitors an” effective way” of bringing their services to market and reach more people, rather than having to work with a traditional claims management company. It says that it is already generating 1 in 10 cases within the UK.

A team at the Medical Law Network will be the first port of call for all enquiries and will screen all leads before they are passed to a law firm member to handle the case.

Alex Kenny head of marketing for the Medical Law Network, said: “The Medical Law Network already deals with up to 2,000 enquiries every month and the growing amount of people coming to us for support means that we need further law firms to provide the specialist services sought currently.

Fletchers Solicitors and its sister consumer brand Patient Claim Line, which is now one of the biggest and highest-rated clinical negligence service in the country, are the primary brands behind the network. They will work in collaboration with the network’s members to give the public access to some of the best medical negligence lawyers within the UK.”

Ian Pryer, managing director of Pryers Solicitors, one of the firms that has joined the Medical Law Network, said: “We firmly expect that the scheme will provide a firm foundation to our flow of new work in the foreseeable future.”
