JMW buys catastrophic injury practice from Cassell Moore

JMW Solicitors has purchased the catastrophic injury practice of Liverpool based law firm Cassell Moore.

Paul Breen (pictured, right), who was head of the catastrophic injury team at Cassell Moore joins JMW as head of catastrophic injury in the personal injury team along with solicitor Natalie Clarke (pictured left). Many of the their clients have transferred to JMW.

Breen has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with large and complex personal injury cases, has extensive expertise in fatal accident claims and is a leading expert in motorcycle accident claims.

He brings two major referrers of work with him – Principal Insurance and The Brain Charity. The former is one of the UK’s fastest growing specialist motor insurance brokers, while the latter offers emotional support, practical help and social activities to anyone with a neurological condition.
