Sintons Solicitors is the latest firm to start using caseAssist

Sintons Law is the latest firm of solicitors to utilise caseAssist, a software package that helps claimant lawyers, insurers, audiologists and CMCs improve their case handling management.

Sintons Law, a legal 500 firm which deals extensively in industrial deafness claims said that the tool will allow it to perform essential risk analysis with greater efficiency and save it considerable time and money by removing the unnecessary duplication of data entry. The software also includes sophisticated limitation analysis.

Suzanne Maddison, a partner and NIHL specialist at the Newcastle-based firm, said: “Sintons is a firm that sets the standard for legal excellence and it follows that we should employ excellent technological solutions to support that ethos, caseAssist exceeds all expectations.”

Her colleague, Paul Woodford, a partner at Sintons who has acted for thousands of individuals with industrial disease, added: “I am an advocate for harnessing technology that enables lawyers to perform more efficiently and freeing time to concentrate on the legal issues in a case; caseAssist enables me and my team to do exactly that. I would recommend the use of caseAssist to any firm that takes their profit margins in NIHL seriously.”
