Claims Consortium Group has appointed Heather Lambert to the new role of sales director.
Lambert joins the property specialist from Crawford & Company, where most recently she was director of UK key clients.
Prior to that, Lambert worked at Direct Group, Homeserve Membership, AXA and NU Direct, and brings with her experience in client relationship management and business development.
She will report to the property specialist’s commercial director, Alec Tarrant, who commented: “The recruitment of Heather forms a crucial part of our strategic development as we introduce new models and solutions to disrupt the traditional loss adjusting marketplace. I am delighted to welcome such a market influencer into our team.”
Lambert added: “I am extremely thrilled to be joining Claims Consortium Group especially at such an important time and with so many exciting projects on the horizon. I am very much looking forward to working with the team to develop new clients and expand on existing client relationships.”
This latest appointment follows the announcement that Rob Smales has joined the board as a non-executive director.
Smale, a former claims and then transformation director at Ageas UK, joined the Claims Consortium Group board in June.
