Insurance Broker Awards 2026 celebrates excellence across the UK insurance broking sector

The Insurance Broker Awards 2026 brought together the UK insurance broking community on Thursday 24 September, celebrating the organisations, teams and individuals making a difference across the industry.

Hosted by comedian and presenter Ivo Graham, the evening recognised achievement across innovation, customer service, leadership, technology, employment and excellence in insurance broking.

Following a competitive judging process led by an independent panel of industry experts, this year’s awards highlighted the breadth of talent, innovation and expertise across the UK insurance broking sector.

Among the standout successes was Gazelle Risk Solutions, which took home three awards, including Small Independent Broker of the Year, Commercial Lines Broker of the Year and Director of the Year.

DOA Underwriting also secured two awards, winning Best Employer of the Year and Best MGA for Services to Broker, while Mind Your Business Group took both Personal Lines Broker of the Year and Broker of the Year.

Independent judging panel

The awards were assessed by an independent panel of experienced industry professionals, whose expertise helped recognise the achievements of businesses and individuals across the sector.

Their time and insight were instrumental in selecting this year’s winners, Highly Commended recipients and finalists.

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed live entertainment from Lux Collective, rounding off an evening of celebration and networking.
