Nominations open for the Eclipse Proclaim Personal Injury Awards

Claims Magazine's readers have been submitting their entries for the Eclipse Proclaim Personal Injury Awards 2013 during July and the judges are expected to have to sift through another mountain of nominations by the time the entry deadline arrives on 9 September. 

The awards, headline sponsored by Eclipse Proclaim, will also be supported by Capita Medical Reporting, HARTECuk, ISO, mmadigital, Independent Accident Investigations, Sign on the Line, Silva Consultancy, Thorneycroft Solicitors and TLA Medicolegal. The awards ceremony will also run with Legal Futures as its official media partner this year.

The awards are also supported by ARC, APIL, MASS, FOIL and PI Brief Update, and will take place on 26 November in London at the Park Plaza Riverbank hotel. 

Now in their sixth year, the awards provide a unique opportunity to highlight and celebrate the excellence of individuals and organisations across the personal injury claims sector.

The judging panel for the awards 2013 will be chaired by Craig Budsworth, the chairman of MASS and partner at Glaisyers Solicitors. He will be joined by Donna Scully from Carpenters Solicitors, David Nash from Allianz Legal Protection, Barry Gray from IMG, Jeff Winn from Winn Solicitors, Hilary Meredith, founder of Hilary Meredith Solicitors and editor-in-chief of Claims Magazine, Sally Dunscombe from the Brain Injury Group, John Latter from Zurich, John Spencer, the vice-president of APIL from Spencers Solicitors, and a yet to be confirmed representative from FOIL.
