Asons Solicitors has employed its 250th staff member, only five years after beginning to trade as a personal injury specialist firm.
The firm, which operates from Bolton, is now one of the north-west's largest law firms and deals with complex high-value claims all the way down to minor RTA cases.
Imran Akram, CEO at Asons, said that part of the firm's success is down to its use of Eclipse Proclaim's Practice Management software which it has used since its foundation on 2008.
Proclaim has enabled the firm to structure its business so that 88% of staff are revenue generating with only 12% dedicated to support functions.
"Our aim right from day one was to build a sustainable and solid business. The firm is now planning the expansion of its Industrial Disease team (it currently numbers 110 staff), and the implementation of a dedicated Clinical Negligence department.
