Simpson Millar expands travel claims team

National law firm Simpson Millar has expanded its travel claims team with the appointment of Claire Rabbetts.

Rabbetts' arrival brings the number of fee earners on the travel claims team to ten, all working under the leadership of partner Nick Harris, who says that he is looking to further expand the team.

Harris said that Rabbetts, who has moved from Colemans CTTS, would fit perfectly into the firm.

“Not only has she worked in private practice at her previous firm but, like myself and a number of the other members of the Simpson Millar Travel team who have tour operating experience, Claire was with both First Choice and Thomson Holidays so she has a clear perspective on the responsibilities and duties our travel industry has for its customers,” he said.

“There are fewer and fewer nationwide practices that can offer the quality of service to customers bringing claims against travel operators and this has very much played into our hands," he added.
