Hill Dickinson pinches two new legal directors for counter fraud group

Hill Dickinson’s Counter Fraud Group has welcomed onboard two new Legal Directors, Michelle Reilly and Nathan Jones, from Weightmans and Keoghs respectively.

The appointments have strengthened the team’s expertise and focus on sanctions and recoveries and low speed impact investigations.

Reilly brings with her ten years of specialist expertise in sanctions and recoveries combined with an in-depth understanding of the motor fraud landscape and cross border fraud. She has been tasked with assisting clients with complex fraud strategies and pin pointing where the counter fraud team can seek to further recover client costs.

Jones will be developing Hill Dickinson’s motor fraud solutions. This will include a fresh approach to low speed impact strategies which will see clients benefit from a cost effective model designed to tackle the ever increasing number of LSI claims, set against the backdrop of the Government’s whiplash reforms.

Peter Oakes, Head of Fraud at the firm, said: “We continually look at new ways to develop our service offering and meet the needs of our clients, in response to the dynamic claims landscape. Michelle and Nathan have a proven track record of working successfully to build relationships with and solutions for the market and their expertise will be of significant benefit to our clients”.
