Outspire Group is looking to team up with law firms and alternative business structures that deal with clinical negligence cases after securing multi-million pound funding for its own ABS.
The claims management company, which is headed up by Sajid Hussain (pictured) has said that it is open to discussions over acquisitions and mergers with other businesses who feel that they could benefit from what it describes as its “ethical, innovative and efficiency-focused” ABS model which could be worth up to £225 million over the next five years.
It says that it is currently in discussions with multiple law firms, and is reviewing ongoing law firm tender bids. as it looks to create one of the largest clinical negligence departments in the country.
Outspire has described its offering as one that amalgamates risk assessment of clinical negligence case, state of the art IT, robust marketing capabilities, regulatory compliance and legal costs recoverability.
“Ultimately, this efficient, streamlined and cost effective model reinforces access to justice for clinical negligence claimants,” it said.
