Aquarium Software has released a new product that allows loss adjusters to gain greater access to insurer’s data and analytics. Aquarium believes that this will improve claims resolution times.
The company says that this will significantly improved customers’ experience of a claims process, at a time when service is valued above price by most policyholders.
According to Aquarium, a great deal of loss adjusting work is outsourced and the contractors used for such work don’t have access to insurance company’s systems. In addition, they may not adhere to the same “brand values” when it comes to managing the communications with the customer. It says that its software allows loss adjusters to be seamlessly incorporated into an insurer’s business model.
“The aims of claimants and insurers are very similar,” said Mark Colonnese, sales and marketing director at Aquarium Software.
“Both parties want to get a claim resolved as quickly and smoothly as possible. However lengthy dealings with loss adjusters can give customers additional headaches and damage their relationship with the insurer. Our latest piece of loss adjusting process technology will help overcome this problem, leading to greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.”
