David Evans has become the latest addition to Stephensons’ industrial disease department.
Coupling 13 years of experience at a trade union firm with a background at Michael Halsall Solicitors, Evans has accumulated over two decades of experience in dealing with serious industrial disease cases.
His interest in industrial disease began during his studies at Nottingham Law School when he worked with Paul Rooney Solicitors. At this stage, Evans was exposed to high value personal industry and clinical negligence cases.
Explaining his move to Stephensons, Evans said: “I was well aware of the firm and knew it had a stellar reputation. I was interested in the range and complexity of cases that would be on offer. It’s also a very friendly place to work at.”
Head of personal injury Kate Sweeney, said: “We’re delighted that David has joined our team. Industrial and Occupational diseases are a growing issue throughout the UK and many cases can be complex and detailed. We’ve been growing in expertise in this area for a decade now and David’s experience is second to none.”
