Northampton-based Motor Claims Services is investing in new premises and starting a recruitment drive to quadruple its staff numbers.
The specialist third party motor claims handling division is part of the successful, 280-staff Claims Consortium Group which has its head office in Somerset. It handles motor vehicle property damage and complex highways claims.
According to Jeremy Hyams, the Group CEO, 2016 is tipped to be the year for Motor Claims Services to continue to expand their relationships securing new insurers and brokers. Hyams said: “This type of work is extremely specialist requiring legal expertise as well as claims handling. There are very few niche insurance services in the market where a service supplier is able to offer the experience we have.”
Last year Motor Claims Services secured a contract renewal with one of the UK’s leading insurers LV= Motors, based on its technical knowledge, service standards and claims savings.
The Group was recently included in a list of the 1000 most inspiring UK companies by the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
