Davies Group has acquired a property and casualty public sector claims firm based in Glasgow.
TopMark Claims Management serves a portfolio of clients including some of the largest local and central government organisations in the UK.
Its acquisition is Davies Group’s first of 2019 and follows hot on the heels of the deal to acquire Veriphy in October.
TopMark Claims Management will form the basis for a public sector division within the claims solutions business.
Managing director Stephanie Staubach will continue to lead the business and will report to Lesley Johnson, managing director of Davies Casualty.
Following the deal, Davies boasts a team of more than 1,700 professionals delivering core operations, digital solutions and consulting to more than 400 businesses.
