RSA and and Audatex develop digital system for pet claims

RSA Insurance Group and Audatex have developed the UK’s first online claims system for pet insurance.

Using Audatex’s Pet Automated Workflow System, RSA is reducing the journey times of its customers for repeat medication and ongoing treatments to a matter of only minutes.

The platform, which is currently handling more than 400 claims per week, allows customers to self-authenticate and submit claims to be paid directly for their pet’s medication in a matter of minutes, rather than days or weeks. It also allows them to track the progress of their claim in real time.
