Allianz Commercial UK announces new leadership appointments

Allianz Commercial has revealed important changes in its leadership lineup.  

Simon Hanley takes on the role of South Regional Manager, while Caroline Donati is set to become the Branch Manager for Allianz Commercial in Southampton, starting this October. 

Hanley’s responsibilities encompass overseeing strategy implementation and growth in Chelmsford, Maidstone, and Southampton. He will also lead teams, manage operations, and ensure top-notch service for brokers and customers, collaborating closely with the Distribution department. 

Caroline Donati, as Southampton Branch Manager, will steer growth strategies and team development. With two decades of experience in the broker market, she brings a wealth of knowledge from her time at RSA, Axa, and Aviva. 

Simon Hanley’s journey at Allianz began in 2005 as a business developer. His roles evolved through the Commercial business, culminating in his current position as South Regional Manager since February 2022.
