ASML promotes Jacqui Grinberg to chief claims officer

Argenta Syndicate Management Limited (“ASML”), a subsidiary of Argenta Holdings Limited has announced the promotion of Jacqui Grinberg to the role of chief claims officer.

This will take immediate effect. Jacqui will be reporting to Carol-Ann Burton, ASML director and general counsel for Argenta Group.

Grinberg joined Argenta as a qualified solicitor in 2023 as deputy head of claims. She joined with a strong background in claims management.

Jacqui previously held the roles of head of strategic claims management and performance at W.R. Berkley Syndicate Management Limited and head of claims at W.R. Berkley (Europe) Limited.

Grinberg’s principal focus will be to develop and drive Argenta’s claims strategy, to align their claims and underwriting teams more closely, harness the power of evolving data and digital capabilities and drive a culture of continuous improvement, focused on service excellence and positive customer outcomes.
