Healix, a provider of healthcare, security, and travel risk management services, has announced the renewal of its contract with RSA Insurance for an additional three years. This renewal marks another significant milestone in the longstanding partnership between the two firms. Healix continues to provide essential services for RSA’s enhanced Accident and Health (A&H) product, which was launched in March.
James Henderson, CEO of Healix International, expressed his enthusiasm about the renewed partnership, stating, “RSA Insurance’s renewal of our contract solidifies our relationship and strengthens our commitment to continue our journey of shared growth. We are delighted to support RSA Insurance as they look to provide a more comprehensive level of cover to their customers, and our experienced specialists are on hand to deliver the highest quality of advice, support and assistance to protect the wellbeing of travellers.”
Healix’s team of experienced doctors, nurses, and assistance coordinators work collaboratively to ensure individuals receive the assistance they need promptly. This support ranges from handling inquiries about customs and visas to providing emergency medical assistance, evacuations, and repatriations.
Steve Harrison, casualty A&H director – UK specialty lines at RSA Insurance, highlighted the positive impact of their enhanced A&H product, saying, “We’ve been really encouraged by the market reaction and positive feedback we’ve received since we launched our enhanced A&H product, earlier this year. The strength of the product is made possible with the support of trusted partners such as Healix. We look forward to continuing and strengthening our relationship with them.”
The newly enhanced cover is now accessible to brokers and their clients through RSA’s UK specialty lines business. This partnership not only underscores the mutual commitment to providing top-tier services but also ensures that RSA’s clients receive comprehensive protection and support wherever they are in the world.
