Synergy Cloud partners with Claim Technology to develop joint claims solutions

Independent claims management system provider Synergy Cloud has partnered with Claim Technology to develop joint solutions for the insurer and MGA claims market.

Claim Technology is a no-code claims automation and customer experience platform.

The first joint initiative will see Synergy Cloud’s livestream video capability integrated into Claim Technology’s customer self-serve chatbot, with the service additionally available as a Plug & Play solution via Claim Technology’s popular insurtech marketplace.

Further collaborations by the two insurtechs planned for later this year include the launch of the insurance industry’s first zero-touch self-serve solution for surge events, such as flooding, and supply chain procure to pay (P2P) automation.

The new partnership is an example of how insurtechs can and are working together to co-create innovative solutions for the insurance sector that can be deployed at scale.
