
SX3, a leading independent claims consultancy and auditing firm, has announced the appointment of Nicola Bugbee and Matthew Teague as client services managers.
The new appointments are part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its client services team in response to increasing demand for its expert consultancy and auditing solutions.
Nicola Bugbee brings a wealth of experience in claims management, counter-fraud operations, and litigation. Her career has seen her lead teams and develop claims processes for top insurers and consultancies. She has also managed audits and quality assurance programs, building strong client relationships and implementing effective strategies.
Matthew Teague joins SX3 with more than 25 years of expertise in claims operations, client account management, and auditing. Teague has held senior roles in prestigious firms such as DAC Beachcroft and Plexus Law, where he successfully managed client accounts, oversaw complex audits, and implemented operational improvements. His extensive background aligns seamlessly with SX3’s mission of providing tailored solutions to its clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
The new client services managers will be responsible for overseeing audit and consultancy delivery, ensuring quality assurance, and providing bespoke advice and support to selected clients.
