Hill Dickinson has launched a private health disputes team to support medical malpractice insurers and private health clients.

The team will provide guidance and support for disputes ranging from negligence litigation and inquests to regulatory disputes and property related matters. Clients will also benefit from the added protection from fraudulent claims with access to claims screening using Hill Dickinson’s Netfoil intelligence database.

Based across the firm’s offices in London, Liverpool and Manchester, David Locke, a partner at Hill Dickinson, said that the team would provide a cost effective and innovative service.

Peter Jackson, managing partner at Hill Dickinson said: “We are a long standing provider of services to the health and insurance markets which are both key growth areas for the firm. The health disputes team will combine the experience of these two teams and position Hill Dickinson as one of the leading law firms in the medical malpractice market.”
