First4Lawyers has launched its first medical negligence TV advertisement.
The 30-second advert once again features former British tennis star, and TV presenter Andrew Castle, and depicts a mother’s journey from hospital bed to recovery. The campaign continues the claims management company’s use of its “that’s what justice feels like” strapline.
The new advertisement is part of a£1.5million investment by First4Lawyers into medical negligence TV and online advertising. It will appear across 150 digital and terrestrial TV channels each month and is expected to be seen some 170 million times by the end of 2015.
First4Lawyers says that the campaign has been launched in response to a doubling of claims enquiries over the last 12 months into clinical negligence and increased demands from solicitors looking to join its medical negligence specific panel.
Chris Rodgers, head of business development at the company, said that the new advertisement was also part of a plan to make First4Lawyers the “outright market leader” in the sector.
“With our specialist claims vetting services and marketing capabilities we have a proven solution that means despite the LASPO reforms solicitors can make medical negligence claims into profitable business,” said Rodgers.
“The investment in this campaign not only demonstrates our intent but also highlights our confidence in the growth opportunities for firms working in the medical negligence sector.
“As such, we are seeing increased demand from potential panel members and expect to welcome more firms with the right expertise over the next six months,” he added.
