Clyde & Co expands casualty insurance group with partner hire

Clyde & Co has appointed Estelle Machell as a partner in its casualty insurance team.

Machell joins from Keoghs and specialises in large loss catastrophic injury and major bodily injury cases.

Her experience includes work with insurer clients on all aspects of motor claims, employers’ liability, public liability and agricultural claims, in addition to advising on indemnity issues.

Machell is re-joining Clyde & Co, having left in 2013 following nine years at the firm.

She will form part of Clyde & Co’s Manchester-based personal injury defendant team, working on catastrophic injury and major bodily injury matters.
