ExamWorks UK acquires medicolegal reporting organisation

ExamWorks UK, the owner of Premex Services and Kindertons Accident Management, has added a MedCo tier 2 medicolegal reporting organisation to its brand portfolio.

Target Medical, headquartered in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, specialises in complex medical reporting, screening, pagination, and rehabilitation and diagnostic services, in support of personal injury claims.

ExamWorks UK’s acquisition of Target Medical, for an undisclosed sum, is the latest example of the company’s commitment to its medicolegal and health division.

Through Premex Services, Premex+, 3d Rehabilitation, UK Independent Medical, ExamWorks Investigation Services, Kindertons Accident Management, Plantec Assist, Sovereign Automotive, Crusader Assistance, JP Morris and Jigsaw Law, ExamWorks UK provides a range of services nationally, including medicolegal reporting, credit hire services, rehabilitation, liability and fraud investigations, and engineering and vehicle inspections.
