DWF appointed to Canopius Group claims legal panel

Law firm DWF has been appointed to the claims legal panel for Canopius Group, the global specialty insurer and reinsurer.

DWF will provide legal services to Canopius’s core global claims panel and counsel as a key strategic partner. The agreement runs from 1 April 2022.

The DWF team working with Canopius will be led by partners Seema Bains, David Abbott and Brain Boahene.

Commenting on the appointment, Bains said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to the Canopius Group global claims panel, based on the strength and depth of our leading insurance team.” 

“We look forward to further developing our relationship with Canopius and becoming a strategic partner to deliver our recognised high quality and innovative approach to proactively resolving claims.”
