Hiscox has launched a new extranet that will enable brokers to be more responsive to the needs of their clients.
The Hiscox Extranet, which is now live, was created in partnership with brokers to ensure that it delivers what they need.
This includes the ability to get a quote within seconds and fully manage client policies, whether they are new business, mid-term adjustments or renewals.
Key products from Hiscox, including PI Combined, CyberClear and new Office Combined, are available, and customer data can be downloaded straight onto Acturis, removing the need to re-key.
Hiscox also identified service, usability and product as key requirements for brokers, so the new extranet includes features such as web chat, claims lists, standard questions on referrals and access to underwriters.
