Covering the entire vehicle lifecycle, from motor claims and repairs to legal aid and mobility services, the Redde solution aligns with Abacai’s vision for a distinctive claims management approach.
This tailored service combines FMG’s expertise in first notification of loss (FNOL), fault repair, and vehicle recovery, with Auxillis’ accident management support and New Law’s legal services for injured claimants. The result is a comprehensive ‘total claims service’ promising simplicity, client focus, and cost-effective solutions for Abacai’s motor insurance customers.
The collaboration taps into Redde Northgate’s strength as the UK’s leading integrated mobility solutions provider. FMG, Auxillis, and New Law, all part of Redde Northgate, jointly offer a unified supply chain and a single supplier relationship, empowered by a shared technology platform.
In the event of motor incidents, Abacai’s customers will engage with the Claims Solution Centre, triggering parallel workflows for repairs, mobility solutions, and legal processes across the supply chain.
