The winners of the British Claims Awards 2026 have been announced, recognising the organisations, teams and individuals driving excellence, innovation and outstanding service across the UK claims sector.
Held on 4 June at the Leonardo Royal Hotel St Paul’s, the awards brought together insurers, brokers, MGAs, law firms, claims specialists and service providers from across the industry for an evening celebrating achievement within claims.
Hosted by comedian, presenter and broadcaster Stephen Bailey, the event recognised those raising standards across a range of categories, from technology and fraud prevention to customer service, leadership and professional development.
This year’s winners were selected following an extensive judging process led by Chair of Judges Chris Hall and an independent panel of industry experts, with the exceptional quality of entries reflecting the strength, expertise and innovation currently shaping the claims profession.
Among the evening’s standout successes, McLarens and QBE each secured two awards, while Ryan Lysaght of DWF Law was named Rising Star of the Year and Alex Barry of Collegiate Management Services took home Claims Director of the Year.
Congratulations to all of this year’s winners, highly commended recipients and finalists. The standard of entries was exceptionally high, making recognition across any category a significant achievement.
