New duo to head up Glaisyers’ RTA team as Budsworth moves on

Glaisyers Solicitors has restructured its road traffic accident (RTA) team after the departure of Craig Budsworth from the firm.

Budsworth, the current chair of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS), left the firm earlier this month and has now taken up a post at Garvins Solicitors. His replacements, Alison Rocca and Charlotte Hardie, have both been with Glaisyers for a number of years and will jointly head up Glaisyers’ 12-strong RTA team.

Rocca has worked at the firm for nearly 15 years and is currently a team leader in the RTA department. Hardie, also currently a team leader, will qualify as a solicitor early next year after over 10 years at Glaisyers.

Both have risen through the ranks as part of the Glaisyers training and development programme and have built up considerable experience in the credit repair and credit hire markets.

Managing partner, Nick Johnson said that the firm was committed to the success of its RTA practice and was very much open for business with its new management team in place.

“Glaisyers has seen a lot of change already this year in response to the challenging marketplace and [the restructuring] is part of an overall strategy to develop our structure and focus more on the sectors we work in and the clients we work with”, said Johnson.
