Minster Law has become the biggest panel firm with the National Accident Helpline (NAH).

 

Now owned by insurance group BGL, Minster Law has been working with NAH since August 2012 on a pilot basis.

 

Minster Law has been working with National Accident Helpline since August 2012 and following a successful initial pilot, National Accident Helpline will provide additional services to BGL such as medical reports.

 

David Downie, group director for legal services at BGL said that the new agreement with NAH was a milestone for the business.

 

“We have significant expertise available to ensure this agreement delivers real success for all parties,” he said.

 

"Minster Law’s extensive expertise in personal injury, both RTA and Employer, Public and Occupier liability, we are well placed to deliver the best possible service for customers, at what can often be a challenging time."

 

Russell Atkinson, the managing director of NAH said that Minster Law would allow the company to maintain its market leading service.

 

"We continue to see very strong customer demand for our services and in addition to this agreement we plan to maintain and enhance our existing panel of specialist solicitors. We now look forward to continuing to work with BGL and our other partners in building the personal injury sector’s best customer experience," he said.
