Tim Oliver is to step aside as CEO of Parabis Group to become the firm's deputy chairman.
In a new non-executive board role focused on the continued strategic growth of the business, he will concentrate on communicating the group's vision and engaging with clients and colleagues within the wider legal and insurance marketplace.
Group commercial director Tim Roberts and chief operating officer, Jason Powell will continue to lead the business.
Speaking about his new role, Oliver said that it meant that Parabis was well-positioned for the future.
"This move frees up time for me to focus on working with our executive team, investors and clients to unlock new opportunities," he said.
"In Tim and Jason, we have talented business leaders who offer continuity and progress, strategic insight and operational strengths, to ensure we continue to deliver for our clients."
Over the past 12 months, Parabis has launched two new ABSs into the insurance marketplace, with Saga Law and DLG Legal Services.
Tim Roberts said that the firm would continue to operate at the forefront of the industry, combining high quality legal services with innovative commercial ventures.
"We have continued to strengthen our leadership team, allowing Tim the time he needs to concentrate his considerable talents on our future growth. This promises to be a rewarding time for all of our people, who contribute so much to the success of our business, and exciting for our clients," he said.
