Tony Mcloughlin and Alistair Graham appointed partners at Horwich Farrelly

Horwich Farrelly, has strengthened its large & complex injury team with the appointments of Tony McLoughlin and Alistair Graham as partners.

Together, they bring almost 40 years’ combined experience to the firm.

McLoughlin (pictured, right) joins from DWF’s Liverpool office, where he was a director with responsibility for all aspects of serious injury litigation. He specialises in catastrophic and fatal injury cases and has a particular interest in high value claims with an element of fraud or exaggeration.

Joining Horwich Farrelly’s Manchester office, Graham (pictured, left) brings with him more than 20 years’ experience dealing with large and complex injury cases arising out of employers’ and public liability claims, and motor accidents. Previously a partner at Keoghs, he also has experience dealing with foreign matters and frequently provides training to insurers on technical issues.

McLoughlin added that Horwich Farrelly had built “arguably the strongest, and most experienced, large and complex injury team in the market”, collectively dealing with claims valued at almost £1bn.
