National Accident Helpline joins forces with Lyons Davidson and launches second ABS

National Accident Helpline (NAH) has launched a second Alternative Business Structure (ABS).

NAH has partnered with solicitors Lyons Davidson to form National Law Partners, which will begin trading in November. The move marks the continuation of NAH’s strategy to grow its share of the personal injury market, while continuing to provide its panel law firms with marketing services.

NAH saw its first move into the ABS market in July with the creation of Your Law and a £1 million rebrand.

National Law Partners will create a number of new jobs in Kettering and Cardiff.

Simon Trott, managing director of National Accident Helpline, said that the claims management company would continue to invest in services for its panel law firms, which remain “core” to its growth strategy.

“Our recent rebrand and continued investment in marketing are providing the growth needed to serve our panel law firms and our two Alternative Business Structures, providing complete geographical coverage and market leading expertise,” said Trott.

Michelle Lennaghan, director of Lyons Davidson, added: “This new venture will benefit consumers by combining the strengths of National Accident Helpline and Lyons Davidson in offering high-quality legal advice to consumers.

“We’re delighted to be working with National Accident Helpline, bringing the skill, service delivery, and innovation of our people and systems to provide a legal service solution which is focussed on and responsive to the needs of its customers.”
