Insurance broking company Marsh has reorganised the leadership team of its UK specialties division, moving Roy White up to chairman and bringing in Paul Moody as CEO.
Moody will take over from White as CEO of the UK specialties division in the New Year. He previously led the company’s UK financial and professional practice.
In his new role, which will also commence on 1 January, White will focus on senior client and insurance market engagement, as well as leading projects aimed at the UK specialties division’s international clients.
Marsh UK and Ireland CEO Mark Weil, whom the pair will report to alongside Dean Klisura, president of global placement and specialties, said that White and Moody’s leadership will “continue to deliver the unmatched innovation our clients value”.
In September, Marsh completed a global management restructure, which saw several new appointments to its executive management team, as well as the creation of a risk and digital division aimed at bringing together Marsh’s range of solutions and products for small commercial businesses, families and individuals.
