Minster Law agrees five-year motor legal services partnership with the AA

Minster Law has struck an exclusive five-year partnership with the AA to provide personal injury and motor legal claims services to its customers.

The new partnership, which commenced on 4 January, will see the Yorkshire-based specialist law firm provide legal support to around one million AA motor insurance policyholders and six million roadside members.

Speaking about the new partnership, Minster Law chief executive officer Shirley Woolham (pictured) commented: “We are obviously delighted to have secured a new partnership with such a prestigious brand as the AA—the largest motoring organisation in UK.

“We’re excited to be playing such a pivotal role in delivering a compelling claims experience to AA customers, as well as the wider opportunities that come from being the strategic legal partner of such a progressive business.”

Woolham went on to say that the AA and Minster Law share “similarities in approach and thinking” for customer excellence, greater integration and digital innovation.

She said: “It’s been great to hear first-hand the AA’s desire to embrace the challenge of finding new and more innovative ways of using technology to achieve greater integration, remove friction and deliver the best possible customer experience.

“Not only does this align strongly with Minster’s own ethos and vision, but it also allowed us to showcase how, through our continued investment in our digital strategy, we are setting new standards for personal injury claims in a post-reform world.”
