LV= customers can now expect immediate automated responses within five minutes of submitting a claim online, helping to improve customer accessibility. These responses include answers to queries about automated payments, repudiations, or requests for additional information. 

Moreover, Charles Taylor Assistance’s digital solution integrates automated fraud detection mechanisms. This not only bolsters security but also enables the capture, analysis, and real-time sharing of claims data.
