Chris Neill appointed partner and head of volume litigation at ARAG Law

Chris Neill becomes partner at ARAG Law, leading key litigation teams after rapid career progression.

Chris Neill has been promoted to partner and head of volume litigation at ARAG Law, the firm acquired during last year’s purchase of DAS UK. Neill, who has been with the company for seven years, steps into his new leadership role overseeing key litigation teams.

Joining ARAG Law in 2018 as a senior associate, Neill quickly advanced to principal associate, where he managed performance and personnel across the contract and landlord & tenant teams. His earlier career included training at Hugh James and over five years at BLM, where he rose to the position of associate.

Brynley Case, ARAG’s chief customer officer, praised Neill’s progression within the firm. “I’ve worked with Chris since he joined the firm as a Senior Associate and have watched him develop his broader managerial skills,” Case commented, “As well as having a great legal mind, he’s become a superb leader of people and is brilliantly equipped to take on this important role in our business.”

As head of volume litigation, Neill will oversee ARAG Law’s personal injury, landlord & tenant, and contract teams, leading a large group of legal professionals in handling high-volume caseloads.
