Fletchers Solicitors announces appointment of three senior solicitors in newly launched Newcastle base

Leading national law firm Fletchers Solicitors has announced the appointment of three senior clinical negligence solicitors, significantly enhancing the expertise and depth of its growing team.

The newly appointed solicitors bring a wealth of experience in complex, high-value medical negligence claims and are recognised for their dedication to securing justice for clients impacted by life-changing injuries and will be based out of the firm’s new Newcastle office.

The new team members include:

· Lindsey Henderson, Senior Associate Solicitor and Newcastle Team Leader, has specialised in clinical negligence for 15 years. She has extensive experience in a wide range of high-value matters including birth trauma, cerebral palsy and brain injury. Lindsey previously worked in a senior position in the NHS before embarking on her legal career.

· Jennifer Craven, Senior Associate Solicitor, has specialised in clinical negligence for over 12 years. She has a strong reputation in high value and complex claims, including fatal and dependency claims. Prior to specialising in clinical negligence, Jennifer worked within the area of workplace injuries and occupational disease.

· Michelle Thomson, Associate Solicitor, has specialised in clinical negligence for over 19 years. She is known for a holistic approach to client care, with expertise in all clinical negligence matters including birth injuries, care home claims, amputation, delays in diagnosis and GP claims. Michelle also worked as a qualified Nurse for 10 years prior to training as a Solicitor.

All three Solicitors are recognised as Senior Litigators with APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).

They will be joined in the new office by Director of Business Development, Michelle Beat, Associate and Head of Costs Negotiation and Advocacy, Lissa White-Delf, Chartered Legal Executive, Natasha Kular, and Litigation Executive, Cameron Forster.
