Coplus achieves We Invest in People Platinum Accreditation

Investors in People is delighted to award Coplus, a specialist ancillary insurance provider for motor, home and legal markets, based in Norwich with a We invest in people, Platinum accreditation.

Platinum is the highest level of accreditation possible to achieve of the We invest in people accreditations. It means policies and practices around supporting people are embedded in every corner of Coplus. And in a platinum company, everyone – from the chief executive officer to a customer services apprentice – knows they have a part to play in the company doing well and are always looking for ways to improve.
