Lockton launches Flex IQ to bring clarity to the flex benefits platform market
Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance broker, has launched Flex IQ – a first-of-its-kind research and insight tool designed to transform how UK organisations choose their flexible benefits platforms.
Flex IQ is an independent, user-driven proposition that helps businesses compare and evaluate software solutions across major UK benefits providers, based on real-world user experience rather than sales-led demos or vendor claims. Developed with user research specialists BehindLogin, it captures feedback from administrators and employees, distilling it into clear, objective insights. These are then enhanced with expert analysis and interpretation from Lockton to support confident, informed decisions.
