Acquisition of 3 Dimensional Insurance Limited by Partners&

Hines Associates is delighted to have assisted Partners& in its acquisition of 3 Dimensional Insurance Limited (3DI), a property-focused Lloyd’s broker based in Upshire, Essex. The acquisition is in line with Partners&’s strategy to create a leading multi-faceted insurance group focused on the UK market, building on its retail broking, employee benefits, underwriting and loss adjusting capabilities.
