Property maintenance expert, Aspect has strengthened its insurance services capability with the appointment of Jeff Diaz as Client Development Manager, Insurance Services.
Aspect works closely with insurance and loss adjusting partners to deliver a joined-up response from first attendance through to professional reinstatement, enabling insurers and claims handlers to work with a single provider offering an end-to-end service.
Jeff brings extensive experience across the property maintenance and insurance sectors, having previously held roles with Polygon and Metro Rod. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing client partnerships and supporting end-to-end service delivery for insurers, loss adjusters and claims handlers.
Aspect already supports major utilities providers including Thames Water and Severn Trent Water, applying the same consistent, compliant approach to incident-related insurance work.
Reporting to Managing Director Chris Savaker, Jeff will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple trades for complex, incident-related instructions.
