Ansvar Insurance has launched a new initiative offering practical financial and wellbeing support to employees and volunteers across the UK’s charity and not‑for‑profit sector.
The programme, Ansvar Advantages, provides access to a range of discounts and preferential offers for individuals working or volunteering within organisations insured by Ansvar.
Eligible individuals can access discounted training in areas such as safeguarding, GDPR and health and safety, alongside reduced fees on financial advice and investment products. The programme also includes offers on digital fundraising tools and employee wellbeing support, including access to counselling services.
David Eccles, Head of Distribution, at Ansvar, commented:
“The organisations we insure are often working with limited resources, and the people who keep them running, whether paid staff or volunteers, frequently do so with very little in the way of additional support.
“Ansvar Advantages is our way of recognising that contribution and providing something genuinely practical in return. The benefits on offer have been chosen specifically with the not-for-profit sector in mind, addressing real needs from compliance training and financial advice through to mental health support.
“At a time when the sector is facing sustained pressure, we want to make it easier for organisations to access tools that genuinely help.”
Five partner organisations are included in the launch – EdenTree Investment, Ecclesiastical Financial Advisory Services, Flick Learning, mental health support provider Spill, and social media and fundraising platform Pravi. More partners will be joining later in the year.
