National broker joins forces with Winn Solicitors to provide front line claims management service

Collingwood Business Solutions has joined forces with Winn Solicitors to provide a first class front line claims management service to its customers.

The specialist service provider to the insurance sector has appointed the firm to be the first point of contact for customers logging new claims. Winn Solicitors, which is headquartered in Newcastle, will work closely and in tandem with Collingwood’s technical claims management team based in North Shields. The new partnership is likely to see the creation of many new jobs.

Collingwood’s CEO Steve Welton said: “It’s an exciting time for the company as we continue to grow and we are thrilled to have appointed Winns as our first notification of loss team to further strengthen our plans for expansion.

Collingwood Business Solutions, together with its regulated subsidiary Collingwood Insurance Services, currently employs 180 staff and has several new products being launched in 2017.
