Trust Mediation has proudly welcomed David Pittaway KC to its esteemed panel of mediators and evaluators. David Pittaway boasts an illustrious legal career, marked by his former leadership at Hailsham Chambers and tenure as Treasurer of Inner Temple. 

Trust Mediation is a renowned organisation, specialising in clinical negligence mediation through a workforce of independent mediators. Trust Mediation is continuing to expand to encompass other facets of mediation and dispute resolution, with a specific focus on neutral evaluation. 

David Pittaway arrives at the firm with impressive credentials, having already been approved by NHS Resolution to mediate claims brought against the NHS, a testament to his expertise and standing in the legal field.
