Charles Taylor soars to new heights with acquisition of M3 Aviation Services

Charles Taylor, a provider of international adjusting services and technology solutions to the global insurance market, has announced the acquisition of M3 Aviation Services, effective from 27 June 2024.

Hugh Thacker, global managing director for aviation at Charles Taylor, said, “M3 Aviation Services joining Charles Taylor is the next step in the evolution of Charles Taylor’s Aviation proposition. It will consolidate our global reach and effectively support our important clients located in the Americas region. I’m therefore delighted to welcome M3 Aviation Services’ leaders Pedro Mesa, Rudy Viamonte and their team. Their expertise and competence in hull and liability will bring additional success to our leading adjusting proposition.”

John Leonard, regional director, will continue to oversee Charles Taylor’s Aviation adjusting activities in Mexico, Chile, and Brazil. Pedro Mesa, currently managing director at M3 Aviation Services, will become regional director for Charles Taylor’s adjusting team in North America, and Rudy Viamonte will become principal surveyor and director. Pedro and Rudy will work closely with John and his team to service existing clients throughout the Americas.
