COTA Case Management unveils new identity

Introducing COTA Case Management

COTA, previously known as LMC Case Management, has unveiled its new identity as COTA Case Management. This marks the next step in its mission to provide specialised rehabilitation services. Founded in 2019 by Lauren McCluskey, an occupational therapist, COTA Case Management has rapidly grown to become a beacon of expertise in the field. Operating from their base in Lancashire, they extend their services across the UK, adhering to the Rehabilitation Code (2015) to ensure the highest standards of care.

A focus on specialised rehabilitation

“COTA specialises in facilitating rehabilitation for a wide range of catastrophic injuries, with a particular emphasis on amputation and complex orthopaedic trauma,” says Lauren McCluskey, specialist case manager and managing director of COTA. Their collaborative network of clinicians, prosthetic providers, and rehabilitation facilities throughout the north of the UK complements this specialisation. This ensures that clients receive holistic support at every stage of their recovery process.

Client-centric approach

At COTA, the approach centres on placing the individual at the heart of their rehabilitation journey. With over two decades of collective experience in rehabilitation, their team tailors bespoke, clinically evidenced rehabilitation plans to meet each client’s unique needs.

“We believe in a holistic approach to rehabilitation, which involves close collaboration with our network of experts to ensure that every aspect of our clients’ needs are met,” Lauren McCluskey emphasises. This integrated approach not only focuses on physical recovery but also on enhancing overall quality of life and independence.

Reaffirming commitment through rebranding

“We are thrilled to unveil our new identity as COTA, which underscores our dedication to providing expert rehabilitation case management services to individuals post personal injury,” explains Lauren McCluskey. “Our rebranding reflects our mission to empower injured individuals to achieve a better quality of life, maximise function and regain control.”

COTA Case Management stands as a testament to the transformative power of specialised rehabilitation services. As Lauren McCluskey puts it, “Our goal is to empower our clients to achieve their fullest potential, regain their independence, and reclaim their lives.”
