DAS UK, part of the ARAG Group, has announced a new partnership with Preferred Management Solutions to deliver home emergency services to its partners and customers.
Preferred Management Solutions is a home assistance and property repair company. It will join a broader panel of suppliers providing these services.
The decision to award the contract to Preferred was based on the company’s expertise in home emergency management and its digitally driven customer service solutions. The in-house developed systems from Preferred positioned the business as a strong partner in delivering streamlined services to those in need of emergency home assistance.
Cheralyn Perry, head of claims supply chain for DAS UK, expressed her confidence in the partnership, stating, “Preferred has a great culture and their focus on digitalising the customer journey and providing exceptional customer service is aligned to DAS goals.
