Personal injury firm Express Solicitors promotes 97 employees

Manchester-based personal injury law firm, Express Solicitors, has announced another significant round of promotions.  

A total of 97 staff members have advanced within the company, with 68 promotions at Express Solicitors and an additional 29 within its sister company, Ontime Reports. 

Commenting on the promotions, CEO James Maxey stated, “Express is continuing its upwards trajectory and this is largely down to our people and the dedication we have to retaining and developing them.  

“Congratulations to each and every one of our employees who have been recognised this year. All the promotions are very well deserved and the result of hard work and their unwavering commitment to helping injured people.”  

Among the standout promotions, four partners have advanced to principal partner, and four new partners have been appointed. the newly promoted principal partners are Rachel Flannigan and Rachel Price from the road traffic accidents department, along with Leanne Rowley and Craig Phillips from the occupiers’ and public liability team. Additionally, Sam Nicholson, Craig Bibby, Adam Farrell, and Collette McCann have all been made partners in various departments. 

The firm has also promoted 10 employees to senior associate and 13 to associate. 11 more employees have begun their journeys as trainee solicitors, bringing the total number of trainees at the firm to 76. The in-house advocacy team has also expanded with the addition of two new pupil barristers. 

Express Solicitors’ chief HR officer, Carole Jones, highlighted the importance of employee satisfaction, noting, “We’re incredibly proud of all the talent we have here at Express and Ontime. These promotions are a testament to what a great place we have to work and how much we value our employees.”
